We’re FIELD a London- and Berlin-based Studio for Digital Art and Design.
FIELD is an independent, owner-managed business driven Design, Technology + Imagination. FIELD consists of three different Sister Studios, FIELD.IO, FIELD.SYSTEMS + FIELD.BLUE.

With FIELD.IO we fuel immersive + interactive projects for the world's most forward-facing brands with artistic exploration, a cross-media approach, and a poetic lens. FIELD.SYSTEMS is aiming to evolve the relationship between digital and physical spaces, enabling brand environments to listen and to speak and with FIELD.BLUE we're pushing the boundaries of our creative practice with a considered exploration of new tools + techniques, enabling real innovation in the world of digital art.

About you

We’re searching an inspiring Creative Director to lead the Berlin Studio creatively, but working across all three Sister Studios. Someone to bring energy to the team and leading with visionary thinking.
The opportunity includes participating in a growing studio, evolving FIELD as a brand + forging teams with a strong focus on visual storytelling and innovative future aesthetics for leading Brands worldwide.
We're looking for someone with a hands-on attitude and strong communication skills who’s also economically aware, process-driven and takes responsibility for the team and cutting edge projects.
Our new Berlin Creative Director should come with understanding of brands and global marketing, with pitching experience and closely working with the clients, in person and virtually.
The Creative Director will be part of our Leadership Team, requiring experience with board meetings, financial planning, new business and recruitment.

On a day-to-day basis, this position offers complete creative freedom, making it an excellent opportunity to shape and advance the creative vision of FIELD. The Creative Director, in collaboration with the creative team, will be responsible for generating ideas and concepts, handling treatments, scripting, storyboarding, and pushing the boundaries of client expectations. In essence, they will steer the overall direction of each project and the Studio's ID.

From a technical perspective, proficiency or knowledge about technology is wanted, particularly in CG software such as HoudiniFX, Redshift Render, Unreal Engine, Unity as well as presentation skills in Apple Keynote and Google Slides.

Whether you are currently working in a small independent studio and seeking a transition to a larger, more prominent business, or you are part of a larger agency looking for greater creative autonomy, or even if you are employed in-house at a leading brand and wish to bring your experience to diverse sectors, we welcome your application.
